GC., Villa #7 Foxie - February, 2024 Wonderful Stay !! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Foxie, a beachfront property on Front Street in Philipsburg. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our family vacation. We enjoyed the stunning sea views from the balcony and the terrace, and the outdoor pool that we shared with other guests. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions in Philipsburg. We loved walking along the boardwalk and exploring the town. The owner, Rose Marie, was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a warm welcome and provided us with useful information about the villa and the area. She also arranged a taxi transfer service for us, which was very convenient and arrived on time. The only minor suggestions we have for improvement are to better maintain the barbecue and to make it charcoal rather than gas, as we prefer the smoky flavor of charcoal-grilled food. Also, a gas hot water heater could be a great addition, as the water pressure and temperature were sometimes inconsistent. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Villa Foxie and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Philipsburg. It is perfect for families who want to experience the beauty and culture of Sint Maarten. Merci, Rose Marie, for your hospitality and for making our vacation memorable! GC.
Kim B., Villa #2, 3, and 4 - January, 2024 Not Enough Words to Express How Wonderful !! When we arrive at the Villa's, see Wally's smiling face, we are "home". We, along with our group of friends travelled to the Villa's for the 5th time, this past January. There are just not enough words to express how wonderful it is. As a group, we stayed in villa #2, #3, #4 and it is perfect in every way! Wally is one of the managers and let me tell you, he is the best of the best. He makes sure everything is in order and perfect for your stay. He pops in to check on things and to ensure you are happy and have everything you need. Of course, he is only a message away for anything you may need. For many reason, including that, we consider the villa's to be our home away from home. We have many more years planned to continue staying in our favourite place, The Villas, St Maarten our wonderful friends there! Kim B.

He provides a comprehensive packet of information, recommendations to local stores, charters, amenities, generous coupons and anything else you could ever need. Serge, the property manager, is equally charming and helpful with all of your needs. The property is gorgeous, comfortable and well-appointed. Couldn’t have had a better experience. We will be back.
